Choose a real situation
Choose an experience involving a service problem, teamwork or time pressure. Protect passenger and colleague privacy; omit names, itineraries and internal records.
Use four steps
Explain the situation, your responsibility, your actions and the result. Spend most of the answer on what you personally did and what you learned.
Practise without memorising
Practise a one-minute answer and ask a friend to follow up. In English, prioritise clear meaning over complex vocabulary. If you have not flown professionally, use real examples from hospitality, retail, volunteering or student teams.
